My goal is to give my readers and followers something interesting to read about on a daily basis. Now that's it's been over a month, I have tons of varied content that people can enjoy.
If you're having trouble thinking about things to write, you're not the only one. I truly believe that once you're "In Flow", you can create anything your heart desires at any time.
Flow is being in the zone, where you are fully immersed and focused on your topic. It's a very enjoyable feeling. You can check out Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's explanation in this TED Talk.
Here are 3 Ways you can get "In Flow" and be able to write original content every day.

- Talk To People - Yes this means coming out of your hovel to converse with real people, but it does work. An Article by Chris Colin and Rob Baedeker in TED Ideas discuss this. Instead of asking short answer questions like "How are you?", ask for stories like "What did you do today?". Stories open your mind to compelling ideas for your blog.

- Travel - Going to new places, even if it's the park or campsite a few miles away, will open your mind to new ideas. Oren Shapira and Nira Liberman state in the Scientific American that travelling or even the thoughts of travel can inspire creative thoughts.

- Read Every Day - As archaic as it sounds to crack open a book and read, it's so good for you. In Psychology Today, Christopher Bergland writes about how Reading Fiction Improves Brain Connectivity and Function. Novels engross you into a story, which opens up all levels of creativity. Crack open a book and your ideas will flow!
Talking to people, travelling and reading are amazing ways to get flow into your writing. This has worked for me and proven by science to be helpful to many people. By experiencing one of these 3 items on a daily basis, you will never have to worry about lack of content ever again.
